Letter from the Founder

MJ Talks MJ has transformed over the past three years. We've helped so many people achieve things they feared weren't possible. It all started because I was stubborn enough to not accept what I'd been told and because I'd had enough of feeling helpless in my own circumstances. I changed my life that was dictated by pain and turned it into something amazing. I don't know what I'd be doing if I'd not begun MJ talks MJ, but I do know that I wouldn't be dancing around and working out as much as I can today. And now I get to help others do the same. I'm so excited for you to join me on this journey of transformation, empowerment and taking back control of our lives.

I caught my first cold after a long winter and could not bear the runny nose, the headaches, and the heavy chest.
